You may cancel or reschedule your cleaning appointment free of charge up to 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time. No fees will apply, and any payments already made will be fully refunded.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment may incur a cancellation fee of $50. This fee covers the cleaner's reserved time and travel costs.
Cancellations made on the day of service, or failure to provide access to the property (no-show), will be charged the full service amount. If a cleaner arrives at the property and cannot access it, the full cleaning fee will apply.

Recurring cleaning plans (weekly, biweekly, monthly) can be cancelled or paused at any time with 24 hours notice before the next scheduled cleaning. There are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees for recurring plans — just let us know before the 24-hour window.
In the event of severe weather, natural disasters, or other emergencies that make travel unsafe, we may reschedule your appointment at no charge. We will notify you as early as possible if your appointment needs to be rescheduled due to weather conditions.
In rare cases, we may need to cancel or reschedule due to cleaner unavailability, illness, or equipment issues. In these cases, we will notify you immediately and offer alternative dates. No fees will apply, and we will prioritize rebooking your service.
If you have already paid and cancel within the free cancellation window, a full refund will be processed within 5-10 business days. For late cancellations where a fee applies, the fee will be deducted from any refund. See our Refund Policy for details.
